Is it better to break the fast during the Maghrib Adhan or after it has ended?

The Prophet (peace be upon him) clarified that a fasting person breaks their fast at sunset, stating: "When the night approaches from here, and the day retreats from here, and the sun sets, then the fasting person has broken his fast." The Sunnah indicates the desirability of hastening to break the fast once the sunset is confirmed, as it is stated in the Hadith: "People will continue to be in goodness as long as they hasten to break the fast," and in the Qudsi Hadith: "Indeed, the most beloved of My servants to Me are those who are quickest to break the fast." The companions of the Prophet (peace be upon him) were the quickest people to break their fast. The wisdom behind this is so that no part of the night is added to the day, and because it is more suitable for the fasting person and strengthens them for worship. Therefore, hastening to break the fast after sunset is confirmed is the Sunnah, and taking the initiative to do so is preferable.
