Is my fast valid or void if I drank near the Maghrib (sunset) and I do not know whether the time for breaking the fast had begun or not?

If a fasting person breaks their fast based on their strong presumption that the sun has set, and it is not clarified to them otherwise, then their fast is valid, and no قضية (making up the day) is required of them. However, if they break their fast while doubting the sunset, and it is not strongly presumed by them that the sun has set, then they must make up that day because the original principle is the continuation of the daytime, and a fasting person should only break their fast with certainty of sunset or strong presumption.
