What is the ruling on the prayer of someone who worked in a place where there were naked people and did not pray Jumu'ah for six months, while maintaining all other prayers?

You must initiate repentance and leave the job at the hotel that permits nude swimming, due to the nakedness involved and its contravention of the Messenger's — peace and blessings be upon him — saying: "Guard your 'awrah except from your wife or what your right hand possesses," and his saying: "If you are able that no one sees it, then let no one see it." Moreover, abandoning Friday prayer without a legitimate excuse is another sin that necessitates repentance.
