Is it permissible to burn school books that are contaminated with bird droppings, and which may contain the name of Allah or Quranic verses, or must they be purified first?

It is not permissible to place books and papers containing the names of Allah Almighty and Quranic verses in impure places. One must promptly remove them from such locations, and whoever placed them there must repent and seek forgiveness. These papers can be disposed of by burning, tearing, or burying them. It is better, if possible, to clean them from any impurities before disposal, as this is part of glorifying the sanctities and rituals of Allah.
