Is the patience of a woman who married the man she committed adultery with, believing that to be her duty, rewarded, considering he insults and beats her due to her insistence on him going to prayer, and will her repentance and seeking forgiveness be accepted?

Adultery is a grave sin that necessitates immediate repentance, involving abstinence, remorse, a firm resolve not to return to it, and concealment. Allah forgives all sins for those who repent. Marriage is not a condition for the repentance of those who committed adultery. Their marriage is not permissible until after repentance and establishing the absence of pregnancy. The guardian (wali) in marriage is the father as long as he is competent, and guardianship does not transfer to another unless he is preventing the marriage. As for marriage without a guardian, there is a difference of opinion among scholars. We cannot rule on the validity of your marriage without knowing your father's situation, and we advise you to resort to the Sharia (definition) court. A husband hitting his wife is an injustice that permits her to seek divorce. If your husband abandons prayer out of denial (of its obligation), he is an infidel, and it is not permissible to remain with him. However, if he abandons it out of laziness, you should advise him, and if he does not repent, you should seek divorce or khul'.
