What is the share of each heir from the inheritance, given the disapproval of one of the sons regarding the distribution?

If the deceased leaves behind only a father, four sons, and one daughter, the father receives one-sixth as a prescribed share due to the presence of a lineal descendant, based on the Almighty's saying: "And for his parents, each of them is to have a sixth of what he leaves if he has a child." The remainder goes to the sons and daughter by way of residuary inheritance, with the male receiving the share of two females, based on the Almighty's saying: "Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females." The paternal siblings receive nothing as they are completely excluded by the son and the father.

The inheritance is divided into fifty-four shares: the father receives nine shares (one-sixth), each son receives ten shares, and the daughter receives five shares. None of the heirs has the right to refuse the division of the inheritance.

It is advisable to refer inheritance matters to Sharia courts for precise investigation, as there might be wills, debts, or other rights that take precedence over the heirs' rights.
