Is a Muslim girl sinful if she breaks her fast in Ramadan due to a severe illness that almost takes her life?

She bears no sin for breaking her fast due to illness; rather, she is rewarded, because it is legislated for the ill person to break their fast, and they are rewarded for accepting the concession. Allah Almighty says: (And whoever is ill or on a journey - then an equal number of other days) [Quran 2:185]. And the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: (Indeed, Allah loves for His concessions to be observed, just as He dislikes for His disobedience to be committed).
