How can one deal with a wife so that she gives up listening to songs and watching TV series out of conviction, and what is required concerning her relationship with her family members who do these things?

The instructions directed to the questioner are that he should strive to teach his wife the truths of faith and remind her of the promise and the threat (of reward and punishment), of Paradise and Hellfire, of the names and attributes of Allah, and His all-encompassing knowledge, and the necessity of fearing Him, hoping in Him, and loving Him. He should also connect her with an upright community and righteous sisters, let her listen to beneficial lectures, and be a good role model for her, and frequently supplicate for her guidance. As for her siblings, he should advise them and explain the danger of watching and listening to what displeases Allah, based on the Qur'an and Sunnah. As for his wife, she should avoid associating with her brothers and sisters if they are engaged in disobedience to Allah.
