Must one make up the Fajr prayer before leaving for Eid prayer if one missed Fajr prayer and the Eid prayer time has come, or does the Eid prayer suffice for the Fajr prayer?

In this case, the duty is to perform the obligatory prayer first, and then the Eid prayer, because, according to the majority of scholars, making up a missed prayer is immediately obligatory.
