What is the ruling on exchanging a copy of the Qur’an from a mosque, such as exchanging a copy of the Qur’an recited with the narration of Qalun for another with the narration of Hafs?

Most of the Qurans placed in a mosque are endowed specifically for it. Therefore, it is not permissible to take one and replace it with another, as this violates the condition set by the endower.
