Is it permissible for a partnership to exist where one partner contributes the idea, marketing, and customer acquisition, while the other provides the funding, and the profits are divided equally?

This partnership is a Mudarabah (definition) (or Qirad), where one partner provides the capital and the other provides the labor. For it to be valid, the following conditions must be met: there must be an agreement on a common share of the profit, not a fixed amount; the Mudarib (working partner) must not guarantee the capital unless there is negligence or transgression; and the Mudarabah must be based on cash, even if there is a narration allowing it with goods that are valued in cash.
