Does the reward for the ذكر (remembrance of Allah) and supplications that guarantee Paradise or protection from Hellfire include the disobedient and those who commit major sins?

The occurrence of anything, whether in this world or the hereafter, is conditioned upon the existence of its causes and prerequisites and the absence of its impediments. The mere existence of a cause is not sufficient for the occurrence of its effect. Similarly, mere action does not guarantee entry into Paradise; rather, it is a cause, and entry into it is through Allah's mercy and grace. Righteous deeds are causes for entering Paradise, but they do not achieve their effect unless their conditions are met and their impediments are absent.
