Is it permissible for a woman who wears the niqab to uncover her face in front of her Quran teacher during recitation?

Covering the face is a matter of ijtihad (definition) (independent reasoning) about which there is disagreement. What we consider most likely correct is its obligation, especially when there is a fear of fitna (strife/temptation). Therefore, it is not permissible to uncover the face in front of a male Quran teacher, as there is no need for it, particularly if the woman believes the niqab is obligatory. There is no objection to a woman reciting to a male Quran teacher, provided that Islamic guidelines are adhered to.
