What is the ruling on subscribing to discount cards issued by companies or clinics for an annual, non-refundable fee, even if the subscriber does not benefit from them?

This action is impermissible due to the significant elements of ignorance (jahalah), gambling (muqamara), and excessive uncertainty (gharar) it contains. It is obligatory to abandon it.
