The answer

If a girl reaches puberty, she is obligated to make up for the fasts she missed in due to a valid excuse. If it was without a valid excuse, she must repent, seek forgiveness, and also make up for the fasts. She is also obligated to perform the Fajr prayer at its prescribed time, like all other prayers, and it is not permissible for her to deliberately delay it. However, if she takes the necessary means to wake up but does not wake until after the time for the prayer has elapsed, then there is no sin upon her.
