Is it permissible to separate washing the face from washing the hands during wudu, with the intention that it is one washing?

The prescribed method for washing the face is for the one performing ablution to take water with their hands and wash their entire face with it, starting from the top. Any washing method that covers the entire face is sufficient, and it is not necessary for the washing to be done with a single scoop of water, as long as the remaining part is washed before the previously washed part dries. The Sunnah for sniffing water into the nose (istisnhaq) is that it precedes washing the face, and washing the hands up to the elbows comes after washing the face due to the obligation of sequential order.
