"What is the ruling on a second marriage on the condition of not having children in order to conceal the marriage from the first wife, and is the second wife considered disobedient if she gives birth despite the warning? "
"Procreation is among the most important objectives of marriage, due to what results from it in terms of the continuation of the human race. Refraining from it is a severing of lineage and a clash with both innate nature and Islamic law. It is not permissible to agree upon it except temporarily for a valid interest. Therefore, the marriage contract is valid, and the condition is invalid because it contradicts the meaning of the contract and nullifies rights that are obligatory for the wife. It is not permissible for the wife to obey her husband in this matter, and there is no sin upon her for disobeying him, as there is no obedience to a created being in disobedience to the Creator.
