Is testimony in which the witness mixes truth with falsehood before the court, after swearing by Allah, considered false testimony, and what is its expiation?

False testimony is when a person testifies to something they do not know. It is one of the gravest major sins, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Shall I not inform you of the greatest of major sins?" Among them, he mentioned: "Indeed, false speech and false testimony." If the witness swears an oath on falsehood, he has committed another major sin, which is the immersion oath (al-yamin al-ghamūs), which plunges its taker into sin and Hellfire. Whoever has given false testimony must hasten to repent to Allah and seek absolution from the one against whom they testified falsely. If they make sincere repentance and satisfy the one they wronged, then Allah will accept their repentance.
