What is the ruling on repeating song lyrics without music, and is it permissible to play the Quran aloud when family members are listening to music, with the intention of stopping them from doing so?

If the family listens to unlawful music, they must be advised, and the evil must be denounced to them, along with frightening them about the consequences. If they do not respond, then it is obligatory to leave the place and not sit with them until they abandon the evil. The Qur’an should not be played for those who do not listen to it and whose voices are mixed with the sounds of music.
