What is the ruling on a group of circumambulators following a mutawwif (guide) who supplicates, and they say "Amen" to his supplication?

Shaykh Muhammad ibn Uthaymeen forbade certain common mistakes during the tawaf (circumambulation of the Kaaba), among them is a group gathering around a leader who recites du'a (supplication) aloud for them, which leads to chaos, distracts those performing tawaf, and removes solemnity (khushu'). He clarified that if the leader intends to teach them, he should stop with them and guide them, then they can proceed with solemnity. He also forbade raising one's voice with du'a during tawaf, due to its effect of removing solemnity, diminishing the reverence of the House [Kaaba], and distracting those performing tawaf. He cited the Prophet's ﷺ hadith: "Indeed, all of you are supplicating to your Lord, so do not harm one another, and do not raise your voices above one another in recitation," or he said, "in prayer," and he clarified that it contradicts Allah's تعالى saying: "Supplicate to your Lord with humility and in private. Indeed, He does not like transgressors."
