What is the ruling on continuing to read and watch comic stories that show characters performing evil acts accompanied by drawings resembling Satan, or drawings of fire around angry characters?

It is permissible to watch animated stories (comics) if they are free from Sharia prohibitions, such as the presence of horns, tails, or fire in them. Non-human cartoon images are included under this ruling, provided that they are not accompanied by any forbidden elements like music, and that they do not distract one from an obligation. It is advisable not to waste time on them.
