Do non-Muslim children inherit the wealth of their Muslim father?

Infidel children do not inherit from their Muslim father, based on the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "A disbeliever does not inherit from a Muslim." You can prevent them from inheriting by writing a will to that effect.

Children follow the religion of their Muslim father, and their mere shortcomings in some duties do not make them disbelievers unless they commit an act that necessitates apostasy. Young children are considered Muslim and thus inherit.

You should advise your children and invite them to Islam. It is obligatory to emigrate from countries where you cannot practice the rituals of your religion or where you fear the corruption of your family and children.
