Is it permissible to work on developing packages for telecommunication services that include bundling interactive digital television service with other services, knowing that the channel packages and their content have been previously formed by others?

There is no harm in bundling internet service with other services to facilitate transactions, provided that permissible channels are predominant in the packages. The buyer must avoid forbidden channels and illicit services. However, if forbidden channels are predominant in the packages, or if it is likely that the buyer will use them for illicit purposes, then it is not permissible to cooperate in such a transaction, due to the Almighty's saying: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression."
