Is it Islamically permissible for a woman to register land she inherited from her mother to her four daughters only, without giving her husband a share from it, especially since the husband was not dutiful to her or her daughters, and her daughters, after Allah, helped her through her ordeal?

A husband must be just between his two wives. He who is not just will come on the Day of Resurrection with half of his body drooping. He must also fear Allah concerning her and not reciprocate her kindness with mistreatment. We advise you to be patient and seek reward from Allah, and to try to convince your husband of the necessity of being just between you. If he persists in his disobedience, you have the right to demand your rights from the judge. As for distributing the land to your daughters and depriving your husband of it, if it is an immediate gift and you have taken possession of it, then there is no problem with that. But if it is a will, it is invalid because it is a will to an heir.
