What is the ruling on denying the hadith "Nothing has been seen for two who love one another better than marriage" or "I have not seen for two who love one another anything better than marriage," and claiming that it is fabricated against the narrators, and is this claim correct?

The Hadith, "There is nothing better for two who love each other than marriage," was narrated by Ibn Majah and authenticated by Al-Albani. It was also narrated by Al-Bayhaqi with the wording, "I have not seen anything better for two who love each other than marriage." It has been narrated as both Mursal (with a missing link in the chain of narrators) and Mawsool (with a continuous chain). Al-Albani relied on the Mawsool narration, while some Hadith scholars, like Al-Uqaili, consider the Mursal version more authentic, in which case the Hadith would be weak. This Hadith is not from the words of Umar, and the claim that it is a fabrication attributed to narrators is incorrect.
