Is it permissible for a person living in Europe to receive two salaries: one from their work in Europe, and the other their usual salary from Iraq (not a retirement pension)?

If a person receives a salary for work they do not actually perform, and they do not have permission for this, then this salary is not lawful for them, and it is taking money without a just cause. They are obligated to repent to Allah by stopping the receipt of the salary, feeling remorse, and returning what they previously took to the employer.
