How do firefighters and rescue workers perform their prayers during their working hours?

Congregational prayer is obligatory for men who hear the call. Firefighters and rescue workers are permitted to perform congregational prayer at their workplace, for fear that if they go to the mosque, they might miss a rescue operation. If an incident occurs during their prayer, and completing the prayer would lead to missing the obligatory rescue, then there is no blame upon them for interrupting the prayer.
