Does a divorce oath made in a state of delusion count if it was not explicit?

The most effective cure for divorce-related obsessive thoughts is to ignore them. Nothing is necessitated by obsessive thoughts and doubts about uttering a divorce, because the default assumption is that no divorce has been uttered until one is certain that it has. Swearing by Allah falsely that one did not watch indecent images is not permissible, and what is obligatory in this regard is repentance and seeking forgiveness, and there is no expiation for it according to the majority of scholars. There is no expiation for a broken oath required for watching indecent images if one did not swear an oath concerning that, but watching them is forbidden and one should repent from it and not return to it.
