Is it permissible to supplicate, raise one's hands, and seek forgiveness aloud during the Friday sermon and before its conclusion, and is it permissible to supplicate daily during the Fajr prayer with raised hands?

It is Sunnah for the preacher to supplicate on Friday during and after the sermon, and it is Sunnah for the congregants to say "Ameen" silently to his supplication. It is not permissible for the congregant to supplicate during the sermon due to the obligation of listening attentively. It is not prescribed for the Imam or the congregants to raise their hands during the supplication. It is permissible for the congregants to say "Ameen" aloud to the Imam's supplication according to some scholars. There is no harm in raising one's voice with seeking forgiveness after the prayer, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, sought forgiveness three times after his prayer. And daily supplication after the prayers is prescribed after the prescribed remembrances, and there is no harm in raising the hands during it.
