Is it permissible to give a portion of the Zakat to the Indonesian maid who has been working for 12 years and has no provider except Allah, along with distributing a portion of it to the sanitation workers and hospices in the city?

It is permissible to give a portion of the Zakat to Muslim female workers and Muslim sanitation workers if their salaries are insufficient to meet their needs and the needs of those they support, for in this case, they are among the poor or the needy. However, if their salaries suffice them, or if they are non-Muslims, it is not permissible to give them the obligatory Zakat. Nevertheless, they can be given from voluntary charity.
