Is it permissible for a woman to seek divorce from her righteous husband because she has no feelings for him, and for the purpose of marrying another man whom she loves and who is already married? And is it permissible for that other man to divorce his wife for the same purpose?

You must cut ties with this corrupt man who corrupts a woman against her husband. This act is forbidden and among the gravest of prohibitions, indicating weakness in faith and corruption of morals. It was narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "He is not of us who incites a woman against her husband or a slave against his master."

Some scholars have held that the marriage of a woman to the man who incited her against her husband is invalid, as a punishment for him. There is also a severe warning in the Sharia for any woman who seeks divorce from her husband without a valid reason. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Any woman who asks her husband for divorce without any [valid] reason, the scent of Paradise will be forbidden to her."

You should hasten to repent to Allah Almighty for this forbidden relationship by abandoning the sin, regretting it, and resolving not to return to it, and by cutting off all means of communication with this man.

The mixing of women with non-mahram men in workplaces is a major door to temptation. Whoever is compelled to work in a mixed environment must avoid the causes of temptation and adhere to the limits of the Sharia.
