What is the ruling on suggesting divorce to a married and unhappy woman, whose husband does not pray, with the intention of marrying her?

The relationship between a man and a non-mahram woman must adhere to the controls of Sharia. Corrupting a woman against her husband and inciting her to separation are among the gravest sins. A woman whose husband abandons prayer must strive to reform him. If he does not repent, she should separate from him, even through khul'. If she separates from him for this reason and her 'iddah expires, there is no harm in marrying her.
