Is it permissible to seek divorce from a husband who does not pray, has bad manners, and whose negative influence on raising the children is feared, especially after the wife herself stopped praying because of him?

She must strive to cultivate good manners and treat her husband kindly. She should also endeavor to guide her husband and assist him in repenting and becoming righteous, especially concerning the preservation of prayer. If her husband repents and becomes righteous, she should praise Allah and continue to treat him kindly. Otherwise, she has the option to separate from him through khul' (divorce initiated by the wife) or talaq (divorce initiated by the husband).
