Is it permissible to adopt the view of Ibn Taymiyyah that there is no obligation to make up missed prayers, due to ignorance of the necessity of ghusl after masturbation or not maintaining prayer at the beginning of puberty, especially with the onset of obsessive-compulsive disorder and the fear of a nervous breakdown?

It is permissible to adopt the view of Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, and there is no harm in doing so, due to the strength of his statement, and because the person afflicted with obsessive doubts (waswas) is allowed to seek concessions and adopt the easiest of opinions. This is not considered blameworthy indulgence in concessions.
