Does the saying, "Oh, if only you had played, my destiny," imply a negative presumption about God and liken His divine decree and destiny to a game of chance based on randomness?

The phrase "fate plays dice" contains two prohibitions: The first is insulting fate by likening it to dice, thus implying randomness and futility. The second is expressing discontent and complaint about Allah's decree and destiny. Islam has forbidden grief, despair, and objection to what has been decreed by saying "if only," because that opens the door for Satan's work and causes harm without benefit. A believer must know that what afflicted him was not meant to miss him, and must believe that calamities are by Allah's permission and accept and submit to His command. Therefore, such a phrase must be avoided.
