The answer

The Mahdi is a righteous man from the progeny of the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him. Allah will rectify the affairs of the people through him, and he will fill the earth with justice and fairness. His name is Muhammad ibn Abdullah or Ahmad ibn Abdullah al-Mahdi, and his lineage goes back to Al-Hasan ibn Ali, may Allah be pleased with them both. A sign of his appearance is the corruption of the times and the earth being filled with injustice.

The order of the Signs of the Hour has been a point of disagreement among scholars due to the absence of a specific order for them in the Sunnah. However, they have inferred the order of some of them: the appearance of the many and unordered minor Signs of the Hour, then the emergence of the Mahdi before the Dajjal and the descent of Jesus son of Mary, then the emergence of the Dajjal, then the descent of Jesus son of Mary and his killing of the Dajjal, then the emergence of Gog and Magog, then the major Signs of the Hour will follow in rapid succession, such as the sun rising from the west and the emergence of the Beast.
