Second, the corruption present in channels broadcasting music videos and songs is close to indecency and greater than the good found in Al-Majd channel. Islamic law prioritizes prohibition when the harm outweighs the benefit, like the prohibition of intoxicants and gambling, because their sin is greater than their benefit. Whoever has subscribed to this company must request dismissal and a refund of their money. If their request is not granted, they must donate the unlawful portion of the profits to Muslim charities, and these shares must not be sold.
