Did the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, ever directly address anyone as "O Kafir" (O disbeliever) to their face, and what is the evidence for that?

The Prophet's specific address to an individual regarding this matter was not recorded, but what he recited to them from the Qur'an was revealed to him, such as Surah Al-Kafirun. In Al-Durr Al-Manthur, Ibn Mardawayh narrated from Ibn Abbas that Quraysh invited the Prophet (peace be upon him) to offer him wealth, marry him to whomever he desired, and ask him to stop insulting their deities. Then Surah Al-Kafirun was revealed, and Allah sent down to him: "Say, 'Do you order me to worship other than Allah, O you ignorant ones?'" (Quran 39:64). Al-Bayhaqi narrated from Al-Hasan Al-Basri that the polytheists said to the Prophet (peace be upon him): "Are you misleading your fathers and grandfathers, O Muhammad?" So the aforementioned verse was revealed.
