Is it permissible, Islamically, to communicate in writing with youth (males and females) via electronic channels, with the aim of inviting and guiding them, and is that considered a betrayal of the husband?

"Calling to Allah is obligatory for both men and women. A woman may call to Allah among girls in writing, but her calling to young men is forbidden due to the potential for fitna (temptation/strife) between the two parties, the fear of Satan slipping into corruption, and betrayal of the husband if he does not approve. Moreover, there are male callers who are sufficient to meet the need for calling among young men. Also, the world of women is full of problems and needs someone from their own gender to stand with them."
