Is it permissible for someone who missed congregational prayer to pray a second congregational prayer aloud, while there are worshippers performing the regular supererogatory prayers, and would that disturb them?

Establishing a second congregational prayer after the first in a mosque is permissible out of necessity, as was done by Anas ibn Malik and Abu Sa’id al-Khudri. However, the Imam should not raise his voice in recitation to the extent of disturbing other worshippers. Rather, he should suffice with the minimum level of audible recitation, which is to make himself and those immediately beside him hear. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade some worshippers from raising their voices over others in recitation.
