If the first pronouncement, "She is divorced," was not intended for your wife, then no divorce occurs. However, if you did intend it for your wife, then it is an explicit pronouncement of divorce, and divorce occurs.

As for the second and third pronouncements, "I am a man and your sister is divorced," and "You are divorced," these are two binding and explicit pronouncements of divorce. Consequently, your wife has been irrevocably divorced from you with a major divorce (baynunah kubra), and you must separate from her and repent to Allah.

The fact that you were not in your normal state or were using pills does not affect the occurrence of the divorce as long as you were aware of what you were saying. It is advisable to consult a Sharia court.
