As for your utterance of divorce under the influence of these pills, there is a detailed explanation: if they impair the mind and perception, the divorce does not take effect. However, if you were aware of what you were saying and your divorce was conditional on "if you return to these pills, you are divorced," then:
1. If you intended to prevent yourself [from taking them] and did not intend divorce: You must offer an expiation for breaking an oath if you return to the pills (feeding ten poor persons or clothing them, and if you cannot find that, then fasting for three days). 2. If you intended divorce: One revocable divorce takes effect, and you may take your wife back as long as she is within her waiting period ().
