When does the guardianship of a husband who does not work and abuses his wife fall away, and is the wife considered negligent if she requests a separation from him after bearing all the burdens of life?

A husband must strive to work to provide for his wife and children. This is a religious obligation upon which the Ummah has reached a consensus, and neglecting it is a sin. The wife should advise her husband about the necessity of working and taking responsibility. If he responds, that is good. But if he insists on negligence and ill-treatment, she has the right to seek a divorce without sin.
