Does the financial compensation amount received by the husband from the clinic and the doctor, as a result of his wife's death due to medical error, fall within the inheritance?

The money paid by the clinic is the blood money (diyyah) for the deceased wife. It is inherited like all other assets left by the deceased, except that the accidental killer does not inherit from it. The husband's filing of the lawsuit does not grant him a right over the other heirs, unless he incurred expenses that were not donated, in which case he may take their equivalent from the estate before its distribution.
