Are minor children entitled to demand the division of the shop outside the scope of the concluded contract, knowing that the father did not do so with his minor children?

Justice among children is obligatory in gifts and grants, but equality is not obligatory in expenditures. Rather, one spends on each of them according to their needs. What the father did by marrying off his son and providing him with housing is permissible, and he is not obligated to do the same for his other younger children. However, if they need it in the future, he is obligated to marry them off and house them. Similarly, giving the son a share in the shop in exchange for his work in it is permissible and not unjust, as long as he does not favor him and give him more than he deserves. In this case, the son is exclusively entitled to what he was given, and the others have no share in it.
