Is it permissible to interact with a female colleague at work after repenting from adultery and drinking alcohol, when she constantly wishes to visit him, and should he change jobs to avoid relapsing into sin?

May Allah accept your repentance, purify your heart, and protect your chastity. Seize the blessings of Ramadan and turn to Allah with sincere repentance. Sincere repentance is achieved by recognizing the danger of sin. Once you realize this, you will feel remorse, and remorse is repentance. The effect of remorse manifests in the past as regret, in the present by abstaining from the sin, and in the future by resolving not to return to it. Turn away from this woman, pay no attention to her, and do not allow her to visit you, for she is a path of Satan to lead you to Allah's displeasure. Among the things that will help you in your repentance are: avoiding work in mixed-gender environments, associating with the righteous, reciting the Quran with contemplation, and studying the biography of the Prophet (peace be upon him) and the righteous.
