Is the circulating story true about a prophet who created a bird and forgot a place in it, then Allah Almighty asked him: "Have you finished?" And he said: "Yes." So Allah breathed life into it, and when it moved, the prophet remembered his forgetfulness of that place? And was it said that this is the story of the bat?

There is no practical benefit in dwelling on the story of the bat. Some exegetes mentioned it when interpreting Allah's saying: (And [remember] when you created from clay the shape of a bird, by My permission, and you breathed into it, and it became a bird, by My permission) [Al-Ma'idah: 110]. Al-Shawkani mentioned that it was said Jesus did not create anything else due to the wonders of its creation, and it was also said that they requested its creation because of its strangeness. Another opinion suggests that their request was out of obstinacy. It was also said that it would fly as long as people were looking at it, and then fall dead afterwards. This story is narrated from some of the Salaf and is among the Isra'iliyyat (Judeo-Christian traditions).
