How many prophets are there? And how many messengers? May Allah reward you with goodness.
The number of prophets is one hundred and twenty-four thousand, of whom three hundred and fifteen are messengers, according to the Hadith of Abu Dharr, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "One hundred and twenty-four thousand, and from them are three hundred and fifteen messengers, a great multitude."
