What is the ruling on donating to charities that memorize the Noble Qur'an and have bank accounts in usurious banks?

Learning and teaching the Quran are among the best deeds. Opening accounts in interest-based banks is prohibited by Allah, as it constitutes cooperation in sin. As for charitable organizations that combine good deeds with bad ones, it appears that donating to them is permissible. The donor should contribute through means other than interest-based banks if possible.
