The expiation for an oath is feeding ten needy persons with the average food you provide your families, or clothing them, or freeing a slave. But whoever finds not, then a fast of three days. It is sufficient for feeding to give the poor person one and a half kilograms of food, or to feed him twice (lunch and dinner). For clothing, a garment in which prayer is valid suffices. If you do not find needy persons, it is permissible for you to authorize a charitable organization to do so on your behalf.
